Auto-Updater Fix + DiscordMay 14, 2026

修复

  • Auto-updater is back online. The app version was a non-semver string with leading zero in the patch, which caused electron-updater to throw ERR_UPDATER_INVALID_VERSION at startup and silently disable update checks. Version is now a clean semver and the auto-updater module loads correctly again
  • Update Settings panel now surfaces the actual updater error message instead of a generic Auto-updater module not available string

  • Final net worth on Stats match reports no longer falls back to current pocket gold for support heroes when GSI does not expose a direct net worth field. Postgame flush now reuses the enriched gold + items estimate, and the server fallback also estimates from item purchase costs and GPM duration so the number matches the actual game
  • Stats match report build timeline no longer floods the panel with starter consumables, refilled wards, branches, salves, mangos, town portal scrolls, or low-tier components. The timeline now focuses on real itemization decisions
  • Stats match Threat Pattern card no longer shows Unknown zone when death evidence is available. The recomputed top pattern derives the most common phase and zone from threat snapshots and death proximity evidence

  • Match analysis prompt and deterministic sanitizer now block prescriptive item timing claims like Aim for X by 25m, Complete X by N minutes, Secure early X by Nm, or by the 25-minute mark. Reports phrase timing qualitatively instead of inventing a target minute that ignores the actual match flow
  • Stats match report cache version was bumped so older v0.19.01 reports are regenerated with the new evidence rules and item-timing boundary

  • Regenerated Stats match reports now prioritize death-context threat evidence over generic nearby-enemy frequency, so support reviews call out concrete repeated pressure patterns instead of only saying position better
  • Stats match report cache version was bumped so older generic v0.19.00 reports are not reused after the threat-evidence prompt and scoring changes
  • GSI-only reports now explicitly avoid unsafe phrasing like died to X unless post-match API evidence confirms the killer. Reports say enemies were nearby, present during death context, or applying repeated pressure

  • Death-context combinations such as repeated nearby Lina, Death Prophet, Phantom Assassin, Vengeful Spirit, or Undying pressure now receive stronger weighting when selecting the top Threat Pattern
  • Support reports treat low economy as safe support income and utility timing, not carry-style farming efficiency, unless the evidence specifically shows missed safe lane farm

  • Post-game reviews can now reference repeated enemy pressure patterns and turn that into a concrete next-match positioning rule

OpenDota Custom Key & Coach ReliabilityMay 13, 2026

  • OpenDota custom API key in Settings now visibly reflects when it is saved. Previously the override badge and hints never updated even though the key was stored, making it look like the save did nothing
  • Coach item-meta requests no longer return HTTP 500 to users when OpenDota is degraded. The server now adds retry, stale fallback, and a graceful offline summary so the AI keeps producing item recommendations

  • Server-side OpenDota timeout tightened with retry so users wait less when the upstream meta service is slow
  • Negative-cache prevents thundering-herd retries during upstream OpenDota incidents

GSI Setup Fix for Non-Default Steam InstallsMay 12, 2026

修复

  • Setup wizard could get stuck on "Dismiss unlocks after both steps are complete." for users whose Steam install was on a non-default drive — common on Chinese Windows installs. LaneMind now finds Steam regardless of system language or drive letter
  • Auto-detection now reads the Windows registry and scans every drive letter for the Dota 2 install path, so the GSI config file is written automatically
  • Setup wizard now auto-acknowledges the GSI step on launch when the GSI config file is already present and up to date

新增

  • New "Locate Dota 2 folder" button in the setup wizard. If LaneMind cannot find Dota 2 automatically, users can browse to their cfg folder and LaneMind writes the GSI file for them
  • New "Rescan" button in the setup wizard so users who manually copied the GSI file can have LaneMind re-detect it without restarting the app
  • Localized setup-wizard helper text and buttons for the new locate / rescan flow in English, Russian, and Chinese (Mandarin)

Review Panel Data FixMay 9, 2026

修复

  • Review panel header now uses the captured post-match snapshot instead of the current waiting-state GSI payload, preventing the top of the Review window from showing Unknown Hero after a match ends
  • Coach Build Adherence in the Review window now resolves from the best available captured match source instead of falling back to Unknown when adherence was already captured
  • Post-game reward summaries now carry the captured Coach Build Adherence result forward with the match reward

  • Review panel top metrics now prefer the completed match context for hero, duration, KDA, game mode, and net worth
